I wanted to let someone know at the BHH what a wonderful stay I had this weekend. We arrived at BHH two hours before we could check-in. Your staff was wonderful and we were pleasantly surprised to have our rooms assigned (we had 2) immediately. The staff was available and helpful whenever we had questions. My sister also had a reservation but was delayed a couple of hours but your staff allowed her daughter who was with me to check-in - we were very appreciative. My niece was getting married (Katie Olson Joy) at the BHH. The dinner for her reception was delicious and the service was outstanding. Thanks again for a very special and memorable weekend. You all outdid yourselves. Please pass this email on to management to let them know what a dedicated group of people they have working for them.
